PhotonPeak

We keep the record of who changed what.

PhotonPeak collects administrator audit logs from Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Okta, GitHub and AWS CloudTrail with read-only access, seals each event in a SHA-256 hash chain and retains it for years. Security and compliance teams use it to answer auditor requests and investigate incidents in minutes instead of exporting logs by hand.

The problem we work on

Admin activity in a modern company is spread across an identity provider, an email and document suite, a code host and a cloud account. Each keeps its own audit log, in its own format, for its own retention period, often months rather than years.

When an auditor or an incident review asks who granted an admin role last spring, someone ends up exporting CSVs from four consoles and hoping the history still exists. Requirements are getting stricter too: California's updated CCPA regulations, in effect from January 1, 2026, phase in annual cybersecurity audits for businesses whose processing presents significant risk.

PhotonPeak collects those logs as they happen, keeps them in one schema, and makes their integrity checkable by anyone with the export file.

Who it is for

Security leads

Who need a reliable timeline of privileged changes during an incident, even after vendor retention has expired.

Compliance and GRC managers

Who answer auditor evidence requests every year and want them done from saved queries, not manual exports.

IT directors

Who own the Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and Okta tenants and want oversight without granting another tool write access.

Why you can rely on it

  • Read-only by design. No connector asks for write permission, so PhotonPeak cannot be used to change your tenants.
  • Verifiable without us. The hash chain can be checked offline from a plain JSON Lines export.
  • Open formats. CSV and JSON Lines exports, and the raw vendor payload kept alongside every record.
  • Plain pricing. Published plan prices and a published overage rate, with no per-employee charges.
